1. Auto Glass Replacement Services
The Speedy Glass Guarantee covers glass replacement services work for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. Any work or alteration done by anyone other than a Certified Speedy Glass Technician will void this warranty. This warranty is not transferable. To qualify, Speedy Glass must be notified within 30 days of discovering any defects. Speedy Glass is not responsible for any damage caused by a delay in notifying us of any potential defects. The work invoice must be provided to Speedy Glass at the time of the warranty appointment. All warranty work is to be completed at a Speedy Glass location.
Parts
Speedy Glass guarantees its replacement glass against defects for as long as you own or lease your vehicle, or for the lifespan of the part, whichever may come first. This includes but is not limited to distortion, delamination, and stress cracks.
Craftsmanship
Speedy Glass guarantees all its auto glass installations against defects based on craftmanship for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. This includes but is not limited to leaks, air noise and molding installations. All craftsmanship warranties are subject to a visual inspection by a certified Speedy Glass Auto Glass Technician.
Exclusions
Speedy Glass is not responsible for any preexisting damage to the vehicle. In some cases, the vehicle damage may not be apparent until after the glass part is removed. This includes rust, corrosion or any other damage to the pinch weld that might prevent a safe installation as well as any damages in association to tempered glass fragments that may find their way into door latches, trunk latches or regulators due to normal vehicle wear and tear. Aftermarket accessories such as microphones, satellite antennas, radar detectors or dash cams are excluded from this warranty. The care and installation of these devices will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
This warranty does not cover accidents, theft, acts of God, self-inflicted damage, or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles having damage or rust on the pinch weld. In these cases, Speedy Glass is not responsible for any associated damage such as leaks, stress cracks or related conditions. In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty.
2. Auto Glass Repair
Speedy Glass guarantees that its completed windshield repair will not crack further and will pass vehicle inspection in all states, for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. If the repaired portion of the windshield cracks, we will credit the amount of the original repair towards the windshield replacement cost when the replacement work is performed by Speedy Glass.
3. ADAS Calibration
Speedy Glass guarantees the re-calibration on your vehicle’s ADAS equipment for one year or until the next re-calibration event, whichever comes first. A re-calibration event is outlined by your vehicle manufacturer and includes things such as windshield replacement, vehicle alignments or collisions. Please refer to your vehicles owner’s manual to know when the next re-calibration event will occur. In the event your ADAS system should need re-calibrate as defined in this warranty, Speedy Glass will re-calibrate the camera at no charge to you. This warranty specifically excludes vehicles with pre-existing faults on the ADAS camera or any associated systems.
4. Residential and Commercial Services
Parts
The original manufacturer’s warranty shall apply to all defects in material and workmanship that would render this product unfit for its normal and recommended use and service, except damage due to vandalism, accidents, theft, acts of God, or self-inflicted damage. The manufacturer’s warranty is subject to a visual inspection to qualify the claim.
Craftsmanship
Speedy Glass guarantees all its residential and commercial glass installations against defects based on craftmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover accidents, theft, acts of God, self-inflicted damage, or related damage in connection with installations having preexisting damage due to deterioration. In these cases, Speedy Glass is not responsible for any associated damage such as leaks, cracks, or related conditions. In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty.
