5 stars all the way! I kept putting off having my windshield replaced because 1, life has been a challenge lately, no time, 2, money, and assuming insurance and all that stuff would be a huge hassle, and I had zero hassle patience left. However, it was bad, and getting dangerous so needed to pull the trigger. I reached out through their contact form on their site, because i was at work, i requested the text option. Had the whole thing sorted in less than 5 minutes including a quote. I accepted the appointment and when i arrived I asked about running through my insurance. I probably should hae mentioned that first, but i got zero frustration or blow back, just , no problem. They explained how it would go down, and I watched a very patient and professional Ang navigate the phone tree system and 3 transfers that are the insurance company. That alone saved me so much stress! Once that part was done, which all things considered took almost zero time, the tech came out and did a walk around a few short moments later, and I went back to work, and came back later. However, they have a fairly comfortable waiting area and snacks, so if you need to hang out, not the worst thing. My vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be, walked in, paid my deductable, keys in hand and left. The tech did fail to clean up a little debris on the floor on the passenger side, but it does not affect my rating or experience at all. A very special shout out to Ang for making it all so smooth and reducing my stress!

Kyle, store manager, is extraordinary with customer service!!! Break and grab on my truck. When I made appointment for work the next day, he immediately asked if Speedy could seal the window so it wasn’t open overnight. Well done the moment I drove up. Knowledgeable and extremely professional. Gave me clear insightful answers to my many questions. Quality work was done in 45 minutes and sent me out the door with an excellent national warranty and free can of glass cleaner. 1/2 the price of Safelite. No compromise on quality. Of course time will tell if it was all done right, but no question if there are problems Speedy and Kyle will make it right. Have some double pain window units I am replacing in our 100+ year old house and will be giving them $5000+ of business based on my experience with truck window..

Fantastic customer service. Paid 280$ for a rear driver side replacement when safelite quoted 500! Would recommend to anyone needing a glass replacement.
